Who sells this
The Fundraising Kit is sold by Sointu Karjalainen ("I"). Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, handles VAT and issues your receipt, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you get
A digital download: the European VC and angel network database, the fundraising CRM, the "Run your raise" Claude skill with its install guide, and the investor update template. Your purchase includes the current edition of the database and the next quarterly update.
Who can use it
Anyone in your company. Please don't share the kit outside your company, resell it, or publish the database or any part of it.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email sointu@fov.ventures or reply to your receipt.
Fresh editions
After the update included with your kit, you can buy a fresh edition of the database for €29, as a one-off purchase, whenever you want one. Nothing renews automatically.
About the data
The database is compiled from public sources: fund websites, portfolio pages and announcements. Each row shows the date it was last checked. Funds change their focus and teams, so some details will be out of date. The kit is a tool, not investment, legal or financial advice, and it can't guarantee that you'll raise.
Liability
As far as the law allows, my liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
Fund listings
If you run a fund or network and want your listing corrected or removed, email me. I'll do it within a week.
Law
Finnish law applies.
